As a Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist, you'll market and sell our wholesale deals to a diverse network of real estate investors, builders, and developers. Your role is crucial in creating urgency, negotiating strong terms, and building lasting relationships with our buyers. We offer a competitive compensation package with a $35,000 base salary, commissions for each deal closed, and benefits!

Responsibilities:- Drive sales by marketing and selling off-market properties to our network of real estate investors, builders, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate favorable terms and close deals efficiently to maximize profitability for both the company and our clients.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and strategies for expanding our market reach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings and sales pitches to potential buyers.
- Manage and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms to maximize profitability for all parties involved.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present compelling property listings and sales pitches.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
