We are seeking an experienced or ambitious Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Here, you won‘t just manage a panel—you‘ll practice full-scope primary care in a culture built on collaboration, reasonable schedules, and work-life balance.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Call structure: Optional, not required
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Manageable Patient Pace: Average 20–25 patients per day

• Dedicated Medical Assistant support to handle intake, rooming, and prescription refills so you can focus on care.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition ‘Compact State‘ obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master‘s degree of Nursing required.
