You will serve as a business partner to assigned programs and leaders, providing employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture program execution, and workforce insights that support organizational effectiveness. You will manage employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate corrective actions, support termination decisions, and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, mitigate employee relations risk, improve employee experience, and drive informed decision-making through reporting and analysis.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEmployee Engagement # Culture PartnersEmployee Relations # Risk MitigationUnemployment Insurance AdministrationPolicy Interpretation # Compliance Reporting # Workforce InsightsAncillary Support FunctionsLeadership Partnership # Employee SupportMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIESEducation/Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or similar field preferred. 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience. High School Diploma or GED certificate required. 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience. SHRM-CP, PHR certification required or able to obtain certification within 1 year from starting position. Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
