This is an Employee or Contractor position.The ideal candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper with accounting knowledge who is proficient in QuickBooks Online. Individual needs to be a self-starter and problem solver. Some remote and flexible work schedule.## Responsibilities* Process weekly accounts payable, pay vendor invoices, record patient payments, enter bi-weekly payroll online through ADP platform, record payroll in QBO, reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts, close out month-end* Generate other special accounting reports* Involved with annual insurance renewals and insurance audit reports## Required Skills* 5 years experienced in bookkeeping* Basis accounting knowledge* Minimum 1 year experience with QuickBooks Online software* Excellent computer skills* Excellent communication skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines## Bonus Skills* Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience* Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor## Salary, Rate, and BenefitsCommensurate with experience.* **Job Types:** Contract, Part-time* **Pay:** $25.00 - $40.00 per hour## Additional Information* **Physical Setting:** Office* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday* **Ability to commute/relocate:** Stoneham, MA 02180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)* **Work Location:** Hybrid remote in Stoneham, MA 02180.
