Lead Teacher

Kiddie Academy of Lutz is preparing for our exciting grand opening this October, and we are seeking passionate, experienced Lead Teachers to join our founding team. We are hiring for all age groups, including Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool, and VPK classrooms. This is an opportunity to help shape a brand-new academy culture focused on educational excellence, strong family relationships, and a positive team environment. Position Summary Lead Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom while implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with Florida licensing standards and Kiddie Academy curriculum expectations. We are looking for dependable educators who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to helping children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
