We are looking for candidates to bring on to our team to help as porters. We partner with luxury apartments and condominiums to provide great customer service to residents and guests living on these properties. We provide training, and mentorship to our candidates and teach them how to work within highly competitive and high end environments. As a porter, your main role will be attending to the buildings maintenance and upkeep. These duties will include but are not limited to: -sweeping and mopping all common areas -assisting with trash pick up of all common areas -general upkeep of the front desk area (wiping down desk and sanitizing) You will be the face of our company inside these residential buildings, representing our brand and clients properly will be very important. Someone who represents who we are will posses qualities such as being friendly and approachable, an upbeat attitude, reliable, great customer service skills, communication skills, and organization skills. This person will also carry themselves in a professional manner both inside and out. This position is an entry level position, so no porter experience is necessary, however we do look for proven customer service experience, and of course experience in this field is always a plus! Our company is constantly growing and acquiring new partnerships, and in doing so are looking for candidates willing to grow with us!
