We are looking for someone to join our family, not just our staff.Essential Requirements:Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Florida.A strong desire to learn, be mentored, and practice evidence-based manual therapy.Exceptional organization, communication, and listening skills.Loads of common sense and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.Warmth, empathy, and a talent for building relationships with patients.Impeccable timeliness (being early or on-time is non-negotiable).Location & Compensation:Location: Our Florida Clinics. You must have reliable transportation.Compensation: We pay at least 10% above the industry average, but more importantly, we offer a 300% better work environment.
