Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement for optimal operational efficiency. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees, including necessary information, technology, and tools. Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork, e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading. Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
