Equipment Operators at Team Fishel are critical to the success of our operation by assisting the crew in completing the project safely, on-time and within the customer's specifications for quality. Responsibilities
- Safe operation of trenching, or excavating equipment for utility construction
- Inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment utilized
- Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Ability to safely operate trenchers, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and front end loaders
- Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing)
- Ability to communicate with Teammates
- Willingness to work and follow directions
- Has thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation
- 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Regional travel required
- Occasional extended travel required (Per Diem paid for all out-of-town projects)
