Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently

Load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers

Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

Stage materials for production and shipping departments

Verify product counts and match shipments to paperwork

Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance issues

Maintain accurate inventory transactions

Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized

2 years previous forklift experience required

Experience operating sit-down forklifts preferred

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to read shipping and receiving documentation

Basic computer skills and inventory system experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed

This is a Permanent position based out of Faribault, MN.

The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $47800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Faribault, MN.
