At Azura Memory Care were looking for a compassionate creative and energetic Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. If you love bringing people together and making a real difference wed love to meet you.

Schedule

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program

What Youll Do

Lead Azuras T.I.M.E. Program every Monday

Plan engaging activities special events and celebrations

Coordinate Memory Caf and dementia education programs

Promote residents emotional cognitive physical and social well-being

Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

What Were Looking For

Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)

Creative organized compassionate and self-motivated

Strong communication and basic computer skills

A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive
