Purpose Of the Role:

Working within the global pyrotechnics team, led by the Safety Director, this role helps to ensure that planning and shipping of all hazardous good and pyrotechnics within or from the US is managed properly. This can be defined into key areas of supplier procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

The pyro division works closely with project teams to ensure shows have the product they want, when they need it. You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones; we are a world class business and value people who want to be the best at what they do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the inventory system in relation to US & Canada stock movements.
• Ensure all pyrotechnic orders are picked correctly and confirmed on Inventory.
• Box and label pyro shipments appropriately, track collections and deliveries.
• Verify goods in deliveries.
• Keep the logistics tracker map up to date.
• Assist with stock movements between locations in Las Vegas.
• Arrange for waste product collections where required.

Skills and experience:

• Extremely computer literate essential.
• Experience of using Google Workspace, Fedex, inventory systems desirable.
• Highly organized with attention to detail essential.
• Proactive, quick thinking, solution finding mind set essential.
• Some experience in logistics, compliance, or administration desirable.
• Some type of entertainment industry experience helpful.

Package on Offer:

• Salary (40 hours per week) $35,000.00+ range depending on location & experience.
