Learn more areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Manage and service a routine and low complexity affluent client relationship portfolio in lending, credit, and deposit products and servicesReview and analyze client financial goals and changing needs, presenting recommendations within defined parameters to best fit the needs of the clientDevelop a working knowledge of changing market conditions delivered by the business division across various digital platformsAssist in providing service to Affluent Banking client relationshipsInteract with clients to help identify client retention issues as well as potential new business opportunities across product linesDevelop solid product knowledge and basic client relationship management skills to meet the financial needs of customers and may have accountability over accountsPrepare preliminary client correspondence and customized professional client presentation materials to support sales and marketing effortsResearch and resolve operational issues related to complex accountsReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsProvide information and coordinate with the broader banking and internal teams (Financial Advisors, etc.) to ensure clients are in the correct banking product based on their financial activityCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve routine issues and achieve goals, while building a strong knowledge of internal policies and proceduresMaintain effective risk management through routine education, sound risk and operational decision making, and adherence to policies or procedures related to low to medium risks and deliverablesThis SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
