Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Experience with common outpatient equipment and procedures preferred, including therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, gait training, and use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Demonstrated ability to document patient progress, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams preferred.
