QA Inspector

Responsible for all qualityinspection andchecksincluding but not limited to 3-Tier Dimensional, Length, Surface, Go Gauge Fit, Color, Bow,andImpact Te Responsible for guidingacceptand reject decisions. Notifiesextrusionteamsof substandard productionresultsandworks with cross-functional teams to improve the production process. Responsible for collecting data and monitoring samples according to VEKA Standards. Evaluatesextruded products toassistin developing Tooling Maintenance Requests (TMR). Performsall AAMA 3O3 testing and document testing results. All other duties as assigned Skills: Good written and oral communication skills Knowledge of usingmeasuring devices such asDatacolor,Ascona/PromexProfile Measurement, Comparator, Calipers, Loupe Magnifiers etc.preferred Ability to communicate issues tactfully across multiple teams Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Basic mathematical skills Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and precision Excellent computer literacy, specifically in Excel/MS Office suite Work efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to work well under pressure Ability to use discretionary authority
