ResProp Management is looking for purpose-driven college graduates with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our Real Estate Operations Leadership Program. This two-year, entry-level program offers immersive training in all facets of multifamily real estate operations. Through hands-on experience, curated readings, and high-impact projects, associates develop a strong foundation in business and leadership, preparing them to successfully manage multi-million-dollar assets and drive results in a dynamic industry.

Associates in the Real Estate Operations Leadership Program gain hands-on operational experience through onsite rotations supported by a rigorous training curriculum. This includes curated readings, structured discussions, and peer-to-peer dialogue designed to sharpen thinking and translate learning into action. The program equips associates with practical skills, a broad understanding of business and investment principles, and clarity in shaping long-term career goals.

Program highlights include:

• Operations exposure: leasing and marketing, financial performance and budgeting, customer service, procurement, collections and evictions, lease-up strategy, and asset management decision-making
• Facilities & asset management: property inspections, capital planning, construction contracting and oversight, vendor onboarding and management
• Mentorship & networking: access to a broad network of professionals across our portfolio of businesses, including leaders in investment, technology, operations, and corporate strategy

• Open to relocating in Texas, Florida or South Carolina based on business needs
• Exceptional work ethic, drive, and hunger to learn and grow
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
• Ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations
• An interest in real estate operations and investment management
• Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
• Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA
