Why this role exists AI Studio's commercial model depends on a feedback loop between the field and the Core platform — what Palantir calls "gravel road to paved highway". But the AI Strategist's job doesn't end when the first engagement ships. This is a continuous, on-site presence at the client — the person who stays close to C-level and operational stakeholders, keeps finding the next agentic use case, and keeps the account growing beyond the first deployment. Without this role, every engagement stalls after go‑live, and Agentic Studio's expansion inside the account stays a plan on a slide instead of something that actually happens. What you'll actually do Be embedded at the client, with regular, direct access to C-level and operational stakeholders — an ongoing relationship, not a one-time discovery phase; Continuously surface the next high-value agentic use case, spotting automation opportunities before the client articulates them; Build and deliver compelling demos, and present results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives; Translate what you find into a scoped delivery plan for the FDE; Own the boundary between "one-off client request" and "pattern that belongs in the Agentic Studio Core platform," escalating the latter to the product team; Feed identified opportunities into GTM/Sales as they emerge — you are the earliest signal for the next deal, not just the person who scopes the current one; Work on-site with client to map down processes & design solutions e2e to substitute them; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. What you're not Not a Project Manager tracking a Gantt chart through a single deployment; Not a one-time discovery consultant who hands off and leaves — the ongoing client relationship is the job. Background in banking/credit operations, financial services consulting, or product management inside a fintech/BFSI environment — deep domain literacy is non-negotiable; Working proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration, enough to build and iterate on demos and prototypes directly; Excellent communication skills — able to summarize complex technical concepts for both technical teams and C-suite audiences, and comfortable presenting; Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building trust at C-level over time, not just in a kickoff meeting; Greek fluency required for client-facing work; English for internal/Core team communication. Success in the first 90 days Delivered a scoped delivery plan for the first engagement, co-signed with the FDE; Established a regular cadence with C-level/operational stakeholders at the client; Built and presented at least one demo to advance a use case toward decision; Identified at least one candidate for the next agentic use case beyond the current engagement, and flagged it to GTM/Sales. Success ongoing (quarterly) At least one new agentic use case identified and moved into scoping per quarter, per account.
