Machinist I

Job Title and Description Machinist I – Material Handler, 1st Shift (5am-3:30pm) at Entegris, Decatur, TX. What You’ll Do Pick up pieces of graphite (short billets), measure, weigh, and document measurements on a form. Move graphite into and out of manufacturing cells per production orders. Assist with preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties as required. Maintain a clean and safe work area, wearing required PPE. Perform duties safely, observe approved safety procedures, and report hazards to supervisor or EHS. What We Seek High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and write in English. Strong housekeeping and quality standards adherence. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Capacity to lift 50 pounds and pass a pre‑employment physical. Experience working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment (plus). Reliability and flexibility for shifts, overtime, and weekends. Compliance with U.S. export control laws.
