• Must have prior Hospitalist Physician Assistant an/or Nurse Practitioner experience to be considered for this position
\n
• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $68/hour to $76/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour)

• Dedicated Nocturnist

• 24-hr Intensivists onsite presence

• The team is supported by IAC RN to facilitate operations

• Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and Emergency Department under one IAC Director275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System

• Medical staff of over 1,000 physicians

• Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)

• The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds

• The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit

• Other USACS services offered at this location: Emergency Medicine, Observation Medicine, Behavioral Health, Critical Care, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and Palliative Care
