Potential work responsibilities include:Design, implement, test, debug, and document complex software applications.Write efficient, modular, and well-documented software code.Coordinate with teammates to define and implement software requirements.Implement, test, debug, and document complex software applications.Report on software development status as well as demonstrate software to customers.Fulfill NLign product quality by tracking defects reported by internal users and customers.NLign has a long history of working with co-op and intern students to help them achieve their professional goals. The specific tasks will vary based on the project and the individual's skills, interests, knowledge, and aptitude, but will involve developing innovative solutions to solve customer problems.Required Qualifications:Applicant must be eligible to receive a U.S. Security Clearance, which at a minimum requires the applicant to be a US Citizen. See: Executive Order 12968 indicates U.S. Citizenship requirement to obtain a security clearance.Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.Preferred fields include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Preferred Qualification:Strong oral and written communication skills.Experience with a programming language, especially C++ and Java.Experience with Software Development Lifecycle.Unit testing tools and methodologies knowledge and experience.NLign Analytics is a rapidly growing aerospace and defense technology organization dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges.
