Full Time, Technical, Boise, ID, US Salary Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Job Title Restoration Mitigation Technician Overview At Master Restoration, a brand of American Restoration, we understand the unique nature of our business and have found great success in growing people from the bottom up. This type of work takes an individual with character, and we love finding the right talent for this distinctive job of cleaning up after fires, water damages, floods, mold and the most unusual disasters one can imagine. We keep our service technicians on track and motivated with a system composed of experience and training that adds structure, feedback and motivation to stay on task. Starting hourly rate is $18.00 per hour with no experience; pay is commensurate with experience. Increased starting wage will be considered for experienced candidates. Responsibilities Clean up after fires, water damage, floods, mold and other disasters Work efficiently and accurately under pressure Assist in job site assessment and damage evaluation Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients Qualifications Excellent people skills and the ability to treat each customer as a priority Tenacity, grit, and the ability to work through difficult situations Endurance and strength for heavy lifting and high exertion tasks Availability to work up to 50 hours per week and on‑call shifts Clean‑cut appearance, no tobacco use, and a clean, safe driving record with reliable transportation Benefits Opportunity to gain experience in disaster restoration Competitive hourly wage with pay increases based on experience On‑the‑job training and mentorship opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer.
