Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal for a temporary, onsite opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This role will support real estate and legal operations by coordinating documentation, managing records, and ensuring timely communication across internal teams, clients, and outside counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage legal documents and requests between internal real estate teams, clients, and outside counsel
• Prepare and distribute outbound documentation to landlords and other stakeholders
• Handle and route inbound mail, ensuring timely processing with internal teams and/or clients
• Maintain and update records using Salesforce and internal tracking systems
• Support workflow management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions and related activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within real estate or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL
• Experience in the tower/telecommunications industry is preferred but not required
