Construction Safety Manager 3 | Chicago, IL Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 3 Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range: $66.19–$71.30 per hour What's the Job? Review and assess health & safety implications of changes as they occur during construction projects Serve as onsite point of contact for EHS-related inquiries and escalations Implement measures to improve safety performance, compliance, and operational efficiency Develop, review, and enforce safety procedures, standards, and reporting requirements Support training, coaching, and communication of safety expectations across site teams What's Needed? 5–7 years of experience in EHS, construction safety, or related field (commercial construction and/or data center construction preferred) Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with site teams and stakeholders High attention to safety detail with proven ability to identify and mitigate hazards on active construction sites Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment and managing time effectively Knowledge of safety standards, construction processes, and site compliance requirements (OSHA or equivalent experience preferred) Benefits (After Eligibility Period) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance & Disability Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Weekly Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
