VP of Operations (Ophthalmology Experience Required)

Novaris Search are currently partnered with an established Ophthalmology group, seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the Southwest region. This role willrequire candidates to be based in or relocate to the regionEnsure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Key Responsibilities:Own regional financial and operational performance for 25+ Ophthalmic clinics & ASC's, driving delivery against growth, revenue, and efficiency targetsPartner with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and enhance provider engagement and outcomesCollaborate with the Medical team, fostering & strengthening physician alignment.Lead multi-site operations, improving performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality service deliveryBuild and scale leadership capability while supporting xhyhwjd workforce planning and expansion initiativesRequirements:3+ years Ophthalmology experience requiredMasters or Bachelors preferredExperience in Senior leadership or having accountability for a large P&L / volume of locations
