RN MDS Coordinator: Expert Care Plans & CMS Compliance
Life Care Centers of America
Life Care Centers of America is looking for an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with MDS Assessments and Care Plans in accordance with CMS regulations. You will work collaboratively with staff and ensure compliance with care standards during assessments. The ideal candidate should hold a nursing degree, be licensed as an RN, and possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
