Quality Assurance & Data Analytics Specialist - EEO & Workplace Culture

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related technical field and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of five years of relevant employment experience in an analytical field, required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud is required.

• Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting and analysis, required.

• Ability to assess and analyze diverse information, formulate recommendations, and make informed decisions, required.

• Attention to detail, a strong team-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical abilities, required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.

Skills and Abilities

• Project Demonstrated project management skills

• Performs work independently with minimal supervision

• Develops and delivers effective presentations

Licenses and Certifications

• Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

• Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

• Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

• Ability to read small print and symbols

Additional Physical Demands

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to travel within Company service territory as needed.
