Strategic Procurement Manager — Cost Reduction & Sourcing

Dollywood Company seeks a Procurement Manager for the Dollywood Theme Park to lead end-to-end procurement activities, supplier pre-qualification, tender management, and strategic sourcing at a major entertainment property.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive cost-reduction initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and manage sourcing from RFP to implementation. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of high-value purchasing experience are preferred.
