AVIR at Itasca is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family! $2,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time Only! Shifts Available: 6AM-6PM 6PM-6AM

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Qualifications for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
