Paid Media Specialist (PPC and Remarketing)

About the role Viirtue is a channel-only AI voice platform headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. Since 2017, we've built white-label AI voice products that more than 500 MSPs and telecom resellers across North America sell under their own brands. We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to run our PPC and remarketing programs day to day. You'll own campaign setup, daily optimization, budget control and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta, working directly with our CEO and creative team. This is an AI-first role: we expect you to use AI and automation to analyze performance and program how our paid budget is spent. Schedule: hybrid, in our downtown St. Petersburg office Mondays, Thursdays and every other Wednesday Reports to: CEO What you'll do Build, launch and optimize paid search and remarketing campaigns. Use AI and automation to analyze performance and manage spend. Keep campaigns on budget and catch problems early. Work with our creative team on ads and testing. Present results to the team and leadership. What you'll bring At least 2 years managing paid search or paid social campaigns, in-house or at an agency Hands-on Google Ads experience, plus Meta or Microsoft Ads Advanced, everyday use of AI tools and automation in your work A solid grasp of conversion tracking and analytics Clear communication, and a habit of flagging issues early Nice to have Google Ads or Meta certification Scripting experience, or automation tools like Zapier, Make or n8n B2B experience, especially in SaaS or telecom Pay and benefits Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Competitive salary & paid time off A brand-new office in the Truist building, in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg Viirtue is an equal opportunity employer.
