Food Quality Assurance Supervisor

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Food Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA activities in a high-volume prepared foods manufacturing plant. This role oversees daily quality checks, food safety programs, sanitation verification, and regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA, HACCP, SQF/BRC). The supervisor coaches QA techs, partners with Production to resolve issues, and drives root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include documentation, audits, hold-and-release decisions, customer complaint review, and training on GMPs, allergen control, and HACCP to ensure safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
