This position works collaboratively with our family physicians and other allied health staff to provide all aspects of high-quality patient care for our patients. The ideal candidate will collaborate in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment to conduct long-term behavioral health therapy with a combination of both in person and telehealth, virtual visits with Wildwood Family Clinic patients. Therapists see scheduled patients for acute, brief behavioral health interventions, and provide evidence-based behavioral health services including counseling, consultation, evaluations, and treatment, in individual and family settings. Therapists will also attend quarterly department meetings outside of regularly scheduled patient contact hours. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence based and best practice modalities. 2. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. 3. Maintain a therapeutic caseload with appropriate documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates. 4. Utilize trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and person centered approaches. 5. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and coordinate care as needed. 6. Respond to client crises, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety planning when appropriate. 7. Work closely with medical providers, care coordinators, and community partners to support holistic client care. 8. Participate in consultation, monthly, and quarterly department meetings 9. Other duties as assigned## QualificationsRequired Education: - Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.Required Licensure:-Full licensure in good standing in the state of Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. - Proven track record of effectively working with diverse populations and age groups. - Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. - Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all professional interactions. - Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinical documentation software. - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
