We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide attentive support to clients in their daily lives. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, and independence while delivering respectful, person-centered care. The ideal candidate is patient, observant, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support in a respectful and professional manner
• Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light household tasks as needed
• Support medication reminders and follow care instructions according to established guidelines
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate contact
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities when required
• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal support, or related experience is preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in varied situations
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions and care plans
• Physical ability to assist with light lifting, mobility support, and routine care tasks as needed
• Basic understanding of personal care, hygiene, and household safety practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
