Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs to provide in-home senior care in Nellysford .

What You’ll Do

As a Right at Home Caregiver , you’ll:

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and outings

• Assist clients with daily living needs — bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping , and help with errands or appointments

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor or nurse

• Follow personalized care plans and collaborate with our care team to ensure quality service

Requirements

• PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification and experience required

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance

• Must pass a background check and meet state eligibility requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and perform physical caregiving tasks as needed

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude toward seniors and families
