Seeking a highly energized Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Experience with inside sales required (flooring sales preferred), but we will train the right person. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Typically $40,000 to $65,000 for first year based on performance with potential of $100,000+ for top performers!

Job Responsibilities

· Providing outstanding customer service before, during and after the sale

· Greeting customers and responding to questions

· Directing customers to merchandise within the store

· “Go the extra mile” to increase store sales

· Superior product knowledge

· Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor

· Introducing promotions and opportunities to the customer

Job Requirements

· Must be able to work Monday evenings and weekends

· Professionalism with a team player attitude

· Focus on the customer and providing complete customer satisfaction

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Basic technology and math skills for computer use and calculations
