We are proud of the clean operation that we run and looking for others who can contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities Full setup and operations of CNC lathe machines for production Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining Troubleshoot machining and production issues Support setup, first article inspections, and process improvements Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to maintain quality and efficiency Qualifications Experience with setting up & running CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace) Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances Ability to read blueprints and inspection measurements Experience with multi-axis or live-tool lathes is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
