Job Purpose The Universal Banker is responsible for supporting financial operations including, but not limited to, reconciling, wire transfers, and general accounting duties. Duties Support Officers by compiling and maintaining bank financial records. Perform bookkeeping, financial record keeping, IRA compliance, and learn moderately complex consumer and business products and services. Stay current on banking guidelines and regulations. Job Requirements At least two years banking experience. Proficient in verbal and communication skills. High School Diploma. Minor in Accounting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with the ability to master additional computer programs. Requirements for Performing Essential Functions Physically able to move about freely and handle objects (manual dexterity). Mental ability to read and comprehend, write clearly and concisely, perform mathematical calculations, communicate orally with staff and customers, and analyze. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year. Full benefit package including 401(k) and 401(k) matching. Health insurance and Health Savings Account. Life insurance.
