Job Title Security Guard Armed Patrol, Seattle, WA Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $32.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Sat: 09:00 AM - 02:15 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and communicating with site contacts and local authorities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures. Support opening, closing, and cash-handling related movements by maintaining an alert presence, following post orders, and completing required reports and logs. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. Armed Guard Card/License is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
