This position manages the administrative and operational functions of the BILSA Dean's Office and serves as a key partner in supporting the college's academic mission and strategic priorities. The Business Manager oversees college-level business operations, including budget administration, financial management, procurement, human resources processes, reporting, and committee coordination. In collaboration with college leadership, the Business Manager develops, implements, and evaluates operational procedures and workflows that support college programs and priorities. By identifying operational needs and implementing process improvements, this position promotes efficient and effective business operations while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. As a trusted resource to college leadership, the Business Manager supports informed decision-making, enhances operational effectiveness, and contributes to both the day-to-day administration of the college and its long-term strategic goals. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit and paid leave eligible position with a salary of $60,000 per year. Key Job Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative and operational functions of the College of BILSA Dean's Office, ensuring effective coordination of services that support college programs, initiatives, and priorities. Develop, implement, and evaluate operational procedures and workflows; identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness and compliance. Oversee college budget management, including monitoring accounts, reconciliation, financial tracking, reporting, and approval of routine expenditures in alignment with university policies.
