Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to manage the scheduling and administrative coordination of installation projects in Hopewell Junction, NY. This role works closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are accurate, schedules stay on track, and installations are completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate has previous construction, contractor, or skilled trades industry experience and is comfortable reviewing estimates, measurements, project specifications, and floor plans.

Installation Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule installation projects with customers and field teams
Review estimates, work orders, measurements, and project requirements for accuracy
Read and review floor plans, making updates or adjustments as needed
Confirm project specifications and installation details before work begins
Communicate scheduling updates and project information to customers and installation crews
Identify missing information or discrepancies and follow up for resolution
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with installation-related questions
Maintain accurate schedules, project records, and documentation
Monitor multiple projects to help ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Provide additional administrative and project coordination support as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in construction, contracting, installation services, or a related skilled trade required
Ability to read and understand floor plans, estimates, measurements, and project specifications
Previous scheduling, project coordination, or construction administration experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously
Comfortable communicating with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills with consistent follow-through
