Openwork is hiring Warehouse Associates in Charlotte, NC location on first shift . This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and production-style environment.

Warehouse Associates will support daily operations by working on an assembly line , packaging products , and assisting with general warehouse tasks to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

• Work on an assembly line to prepare and assemble products

• Package products according to specifications

• Label, seal, and prepare packaged items for shipment

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

• Assembly line, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• First Shift (hours may vary)

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime may be available

• Weekly pay: $14 hourly
