This is a full-time, hourly-paid position based in  Westwood Village – Los Angeles, CA . Weekend and evening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance to support Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch.

As Store Supervisor , you will assist the General Manager and store team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals through effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality and/or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Local Store Marketing or Packaged Program (if any).
• Corporate Leadership Brand, Inspire Joy and Choose Joy programs.

The ideal candidate for the Store Supervisor role meets the following qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• At least (6) months experience as a Team/Crew Leader/Trainer in a quick service food establishment, or any beverage concept or retail operations or equivalent combination of education & experience from which comparable knowledge, skills & abilities have been achieved
• High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
• Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
