As Managing Partner and Colorado Market Leader, I believe great project managers are built through experience, mentorship, and ownership—not by sitting through a weekend training class. You’ll work directly with leadership and gain real-world experience managing projects from inspection through final payment. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll own the customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Managing roofing and restoration projects from contract through completion Meeting with homeowners and maintaining consistent communication throughout the process Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries Performing quality-control inspections before, during, and after installation Working alongside insurance adjusters when necessary Ensuring every project exceeds manufacturer and company standards Managing timelines, budgets, supplements, and documentation Solving problems before they become customer issues Representing Xtreme Innovations with professionalism and integrity Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for people with high standards—not just experience.
