Volunteer coordinator (Volunteer role)
The STEAM Generation
The STEAM Generation brings science, technology, engineering, Art, and math (STEAM), to kids ages 4 to 14 in a fun and challenging way through classes, camps, clubs, and workshops. We are proud to inspire children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching STEAM concepts through hands-on learning. The STEAM Generation is seeking a motivated and organized Volunteer Coordinator to support our volunteer recruitment efforts. In this remote role, you will assist with identifying potential volunteers, posting opportunities on volunteer platforms, communicating with applicants, and helping move candidates through the onboarding process. The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with our leadership team to ensure we attract passionate individuals who align with our mission of providing engaging STEAM education programs to youth. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, and passionate about community impact.
