Validation Associates LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate clinical interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and nursing documentation

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
