Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper (Bilingual English & Chinese)

Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Record, verify, and post financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and credit card transactions. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and support document management. Collaborate with team members and management to support audits and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage high volumes of transactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks required. General computer literacy and comfort with accounting software and data entry. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required). Bilingual in English and Chinese (Required).
