Sales Associate

Sales Associates play a key role in driving retail success by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. They work closely with the sales team to meet store goals and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about merchandise
• Conduct inside sales activities, including handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on open orders
• Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting customer sites, prospecting new accounts, and growing relationships with existing customers in the local market
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory management and restock shelves as needed
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Stay informed about promotions, product features, and store policies

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
