What You'll Do

• Provide obstetric care for unassigned patients as part of a pseudo laborist program
• Manage labor and delivery processes in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with anesthesia team providing 24/7 in-house coverage
• Support emergent gynecological procedures
• Work alongside community providers for backup in complex or multiple emergencies
• Maintain documentation and comply with hospital policies and protocols
• Participate in residency rotation for Family Medicine if applicable

What You Need

• Valid medical license in California
• Certification in OB/GYN; board certification preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of obstetrics and hospitalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Level III NICU protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
