At PDS Tech Commercial, we’ve joined forces with a top electromechanical manufacturer in Richardson to grow a high-impact team of cleanroom and mechanical assemblers. Picture this: you arrive at 5:00 AM, suit up, and spend the day crafting intricate test fixtures that keep complex systems reliable. Do it Friday through Sunday—36 hours total—and be paid for 40. Then enjoy a three-day weekend, every week.

Your work turns engineering intent into reality. You’ll translate drawings and schematics into robust assemblies—wiring, fastening, cleaning, and verifying each step to deliver dependable test equipment.

• Build electro-mechanical test fixtures and multiple test equipment formats
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and customer requirements
• Wire control panels and rack-mount enclosures, routing conductors neatly and safely
• Cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder wires with consistent technique
• Attach wires, cables, resistors, capacitors, and other components to PCBs, connectors, and assemblies
• Clean parts; hand-place components during assembly operations
• Enforce rigorous quality checks at each production stage

• Pay: $19/hr (mechanical) and $20/hr (cleanroom)
• Weekend shift: Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (36 hours worked, paid for 40)
• Additional options (Mon–Thu):
  • 5:00 AM–3:30 PM — $20.00/hour
  • 4:00 PM–2:30 AM — $22.00/hour

• 6+ months of electrical assembly experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a copy must be provided for verification
• Comfort standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
