Cadmus is seeking a Junior Process Business Analyst to join our cross-functional team. You will document current and future-state processes, conduct user research, and translate business needs into automated, scalable PMO/FMO workflows that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 2–4 years in business analysis, with solid understanding of SDLC and agile delivery, plus experience with Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word and Visio.
