Hi, I’m Dr. Erica Houston—owner of Riviera Family Dental.

This is more than just an associate position. It’s a clear, supported path to co-ownership within 1 year , with the ability to start building equity from day one .

I purchased this practice in 2020 from my mentor, Dr. Mead, who has served the Lake Havasu community for over 30 years. We’ve built a strong, loyal patient base and a team that truly treats patients like family. Now, I’m looking for the right dentist to grow with us long-term.

Clinical Scope

You’ll have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry, including:

• Restorative
• Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics (fixed & removable)
• Implant Restorations
• Extractions
• Endodontics
• Clear Aligner Orthodontics
• Same-day CAD/CAM dentistry

We also have a strong local specialist network (OS, endo, ortho, pedo, perio) for support when needed.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
• Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification
